Central digital platform
The central digital platform is the UK-wide service used under the Procurement Act 2023 to publish notices and hold core supplier information. It is delivered through the enhanced Find a Tender service, although devolved portals continue to have their own workflows.

For suppliers, the enhanced Find a Tender service is the public-facing route into the central digital platform. Anyone can search published notices, while suppliers create an organisation record and share selected information with a contracting authority when they take part in a procurement.
What suppliers use it for
Your organisation receives a unique identifier and can store information that is reused between covered procurements. This can include basic company details, financial standing and exclusion information. The contracting authority may ask you to share that information through a share code or another platform workflow. Keep the record current, and give the buyer the exact identifier requested in the tender instructions.
Check the jurisdiction and notice date
The CDP publishes notices for the Act, including below-threshold notices where the Act requires them. A procurement that started under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 stays on its earlier notice sequence. Welsh procurement has additional publication and supplier-information arrangements, and Scotland and Northern Ireland have separate regimes. For example, a Welsh tender may be visible on both Sell2Wales and the CDP, with Sell2Wales still handling the response. Treat the notice and its instructions as the source of truth for where to register, ask questions and submit.
