Using Tendex

You may use Tendex to search, monitor, analyze, and collaborate on public-sector opportunities. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for the data you add to your workspace.

Public tender data

Tendex aggregates and enriches public procurement data from third party sources. We work to keep data accurate, but users should verify critical details, deadlines, source documents, and buyer requirements before making bid decisions.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or confidential third-party data without permission.
• Do not use Tendex outputs as a substitute for legal, procurement, or professional advice.

Availability and changes

We may update Tendex, add or remove features, and perform maintenance. We aim to give reasonable notice for material changes that affect paid customers.
