Trøndelag fylkeskommune (hereafter called the Contracting Authority or TRFK) shall procure a new energy follow-up system (EOS). The current system is Optima, owned by EG Norway and delivered by Entro AS. The annual combined energy use for the properties is in the range of 35 GWh electricity and 25 GWh thermal energy.
