The Purchaser intends to establish a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) of qualified suppliers for the delivery of pure hydrotreated vegetable oil (HVO) for use in heavy machinery and other vehicles. Interested suppliers are encouraged to submit a request to participate in the system.
