Les lots 06 et 11 comportent des tranches optionnelles définies au cahier des charges. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Le projet prévoit le renforcement des fondations du clubhouse du Garden Tennis Club ainsi que la reconstruction à l'identique des locaux existants.
