Alliander N.V. intends to award a framework agreement to Siemens Energy B.V. through the negotiated procedure without prior publication pursuant to Article 3.36(1)(c)(2) of the Dutch Public Procurement Act 2012 for the supply of 72.5 kV Blue GIS installations.
