Furnizarea de Legume si Fructe - care fac obiectul prezentei inițiative de licitație deschisă - este necesară pentru a se putea asigura menținerea curățeniei în centrele din subordinea DGASPC Tulcea. Autoritatea contractantă va finaliza procedura simplificată prin încheierea unui acord - cadru cu un singur operator economic pe o perioadă de 12 luni, urmând ca la încheierea contractelor subsecvente să nu se reia competiția. Ofertantii vor lua in calcul suplimentarea cantitatii maxime estimate în limita a maximum 50%...
