Bulk heating oil and auto diesel for municipalities and intermunicipal companies (IKS) in the Kongsvinger region for 2026–2030

Regional Purchasing in the Kongsvinger Region (RIIK) wishes to enter into a framework agreement for the supply of heating oil and bulk diesel. RIIK is the contract manager for the framework agreement.
