EU Outreach and Partnership Facility for the GCC

This Action aims to further the objectives outlined in the Joint Communication to the European Parliament and the Council, 'A Strategic Partnership with the Gulf'. Its primary goal is to enhance cooperation with the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, addressing short and medium-term foreign policy priorities through strengthened bilateral relations, dialogues, alliances, and partnerships.
