Negotiated procedure without prior publication of contract notice, as per the point 11.1(e) and 11.4 of Annex 1 to the Regulation (EU, Euratom) 2024/2509

Following an open procurement procedure, the Agency signed on 08/04/2024 the Framework Service Contract (FWC) EUAA/2023/162 for the provision of MedCOI medical doctors’ services. The maximum amount covering all purchases under this Framework Contract, including all renewals and reimbursement of expenses, is 250,000.00 EUR.
