Execution of low-value payments through the local clearing systems in the beneficiaries’ countries including Automated Clearing House (ACH) and other services

The contracting authority is responsible for processing payments to beneficiaries outside the SEPA area in a range of currencies. The services to be provided consist of processing low-value payments in non-euro currencies to beneficiaries worldwide through local clearing systems in the beneficiaries’ respective countries.
