The works comprise the partial upgrade of the existing Cell Call System within HMP Low Moss. The purpose of the project is to replace identified obsolete and ageing system components with new compatible equipment, whilst retaining the existing cabling infrastructure. The upgrade shall improve system reliability, resilience and maintainability across the affected areas, which include both House Blocks and Reception.
