New Model Lease for Environmental Purposes – Main Contractor

The overarching objective of this work is to advise government on the design of a model lease designed for letting land so that it can be used (wholly or partly) for an environmental purpose. It is likely the drafting of a model lease would be a fairly straightforward technical legal exercise, and while the outputs of this work (see below) will include a model Heads of Terms and model clauses, this is only part of the focus.
