DLEARN – Bairns’ Hoose Programme: Development of National Theory of Change and Outcomes Framework

The requirement is for a Scotland-focused and nationally shared and agreed theory of change and outcomes framework. The outcomes framework will provide a list of core national outcomes that are shared across all partnerships.
