Full Turnkey Biomass Reinstatement – Strathearn Community Campus and Breadalbane Community Campus

Perth & Kinross Council wishes to engage with a local biomass fuel supplier to reinstate existing biomass boilers at Strathearn Community Campus and Breadalbane Community Campus. The supplier will be required to pay the full capex investment which will require upgrading the fuel storage and associated auger systems.
