Photovoltaic Asset Survey, Tagging and Initial Servicing

The purpose of this contract is to establish a complete and accurate baseline of Clyde Valley Housing Association’s photovoltaic (PV) assets. This will ensure compliance, improve safety, and provide reliable data to support proactive maintenance, lifecycle planning, and future investment decisions. The appointed contractor will deliver a systematic survey and condition assessment, applying a clear RAG status and capturing all technical details required for informed asset management and sustainability planning.
