Framework for Counselling Services

Inverclyde Council require a counselling service to handle all referrals made by the council, these may arise from: - The Managing Attendance Programmes implemented by Inverclyde Council. - Any traumatic incidents affecting employees. - Complaints or grievances raised under Inverclyde Council’s policies such as Dignity and Respect or Grievance Procedures.
