SPS-02286 Meter Operator of Electricity Meters at all SPS Sites

The Scottish Prison Service (SPS) is looking for a supplier to become the meter operator of electricity meters for all SPS sites. The services shall include but not limited to; -Provision of Meter Operator Services, installation, maintenance and operation of both Half-Hourly and Non-Half-Hourly electricity meters across the Scottish Prison Service estate.
