Re-Pointing and Roofing Remedial Works to 10 Properties - Lerwick, Shetland

Shetland Islands Council propose to carry out re-pointing and roofing remedial works to 10 properties in Lerwick, Shetland. The works will be split into 2 contracts as follows:- Contract 1 – Ronald Street, Lerwick No's 8, 19, 20, 24 & 26; Contract 2 – Union Street, Lerwick No's 1 & 2 and St Olaf Street, Lerwick No’s 89 and 99-101.
