The Authority is seeking Contractors to provide Streaming Services, both Video and Audio, on behalf of the HE and FE institutions in Scotland. It is intended that the Streaming Services will be used for Educational purposes. Also included within the scope of this procurement is the provision Online Training services. Any framework agreement arising from this procurement exercise may be open for use by the UKUPC procurement consortia.
