International Selling Programme Framework

The purpose of this ITT is to appoint a single supplier to a Framework Agreement to deliver the International Selling Programme (ISP) Framework, which is a package of support targeted at helping Scottish based exporting companies navigate complex B2B sales cycles and close deals with confidence.
