Re-Roofing Works: Middlefield Community Hub, Mastrick Library, Cummings Park Learning Centre & Froghall Community Centre (8478)

The works comprise the removal of existing roof coverings, making good and re-roofing with single ply roofing membrane with tapered roof insulation and associated rainwater goods and outlets to Section 1 works at Middlefield Community Hub; to Section 2 works at Mastrick Library; to Section 3 works at Cummings Park Learning Centre and to Section 4 works at Froghall Community Centre.
