Orkney Islands Council wishes to appoint a suitably experienced organisation to support the delivery of No-One Left Behind by providing targeted employment engagement and in work support provision to promote and develop inclusive, accessible and sustainable employment opportunities for people identified under No One Left Behind as requiring additional support to move towards fair and sustainable work. The Project will run from April 2025 until March 2027
