Provision of a Seabed Survey

Orkney Islands Harbours Marine Services is seeking to commission the delivery of a Remotely Operated Vessel (ROV) survey of an area of the seabed in east Scapa Flow. The observation-class ROV should be capable of being deployed from a small vessel that will not be anchored or have dynamic positioning.
