West Lothian Citizen Care Experienced Young People

West Lothian Council seek an experienced and qualified service provider to provide outreach housing support for West Lothian citizen care experienced young people who are moving to live more independently. The provider will be required to support the young people to establish themselves and integrate into the community, access services and manage their housing.
