ClimateXChange (CXC) wishes to procure a new industrial decarbonisation pathway model which builds on the Climate Change Committee’s (CCC’s) net-zero industrial decarbonisation pathway (NZIP) model . This is to ensure that Scottish Government has an advance tool to process data efficiently and accurately to inform industrial decarbonization policy making and future carbon budgets.
