Consultancy required to assist in the development and implementation of Cairn Housing's Communication, Engagement and Tenant Participation Offering by: a) Developing a tenant participation strategy and assessing both current and future capabilities to deliver improved engagement b) Defining the tenant representation structure, powers and engagement methods c) Ensuring equality and diversity is considered when developing our tenant participation approach
