Provision of Hold Baggage X-ray Equipment at Six Airports

Our current X-ray equipment was installed in 2012 and was intended to last for 10 years however the equipment is now reaching its end of life, and we have decided to carry out a phased replacement of equipment over the next 3 years. The replacement of hold baggage X-ray equipment will require building work which will include the removal of walls to allow the existing equipment to be removed and new equipment to be installed.
