Provision of Seabed Survey

Orkney Islands Harbours Marine Services is seeking to commission the delivery of an Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) survey of an area of the seabed in east Scapa Flow. The observation-class ROV should be capable of being deployed from a small vessel that will not be anchored or have dynamic positioning.
