Cleaning Services for Private Commercial Tenants

The Estates Department manage properties which are owned by City of Edinburgh Council but occupied by non-operational (private) tenants. As a commercial Landlord the Department are required to act as a ‘managing agent’ and undertake various services which are common to all occupiers.
