Coaching for Performance Leadership Framework

SE are looking to establish an integrated framework to deliver our Coaching for Performance Leadership programme. We are seeking a provider with the skills, capability and capacity who can deliver this. As part of tender submissions, the bidder should detail the lead individuals proposed for the delivery of the services. A key component of the required skills is providing coaching to senior leaders. It is envisaged that the framework will be for 3 years with the option to extend for a further 12 months if required.
