Redevelopment of the MOD Land (LUF Project)
Stirling Council have successfully secured Levelling Up Funding to redevelop the MOD land at Forthside. This land will be transferred to the Council as part of the City Region Deal. The LUF money enables the Council to redevelop the MOD land for sustainable development and inward investment scale for the benefit of the whole city and wider region.The requirement is therefore for a multi-disciplinary consultant to manage the full project from inception to completion.
