Unbound Surfacing of Scotstown Beach Car Park

Aberdeenshire Council wishes to resurface the existing car park at the Scotstown Beach near St Fergus. At present, the car park consists of an unbound surface. The surfaced area of the carpark is bounded by timber edging. The works consists of excavating the existing unbound surface, 100mm deep, and re surfacing with type 1 unbound surface. The works will also involve replacing timber edging where required, forming a new car park access and forming bunding with approx. half of the excavated material.
