Planning, Consents and Advice Service – Service Review

The purpose of this contract is to make evidence-based recommendations that will inform decisions about the service priorities and resourcing of HES’s Planning, Consents and Advice Service (PCAS). The review will consider the service’s current and predicted caseloads and recommend a sustainable service design and resilient operational model which meets regulatory and stakeholder priorities and requirements within our current resource and likely future resource capabilities.
