Common Area Improvements and Masonry Repairs at Hathaway Lane, Glasgow

The works consists of improvements to common areas across 12, 32 and 36 Hathaway Lane; works comprise kitchen fan replacement to all flats, kitchen replacement to one flat, stonework repairs, bin chute removal, roof access safety system, alterations to hard and soft landscaping layouts, repairs and replacement of existing boundary walls and fences, formation of new drying and bin store areas and the formation of new zinc canopies to the tenement close entrance doors, including supporting brick piers
