The SPS require a supplier to provide Aptitude Testing to support the future recruitment of Estates Modern Apprentices in both 2024 and 2025, with the potential of further extension. The Aptitude Test shall be off the shelf and shall assess four key areas; arithmetic, mechanical aptitude, spatial awareness and logical reasoning (diagrammatic reasoning).
