The existing energy centre flue, situated at HMP Low Moss is in a poor condition with corrosion and has been deemed beyond economical repair with a high liklihood of failure. The flue system therefore needs to be replaced. The aim is for the works to be undertaken during summer months to avoid the disruption of heating within the establishment.
