Clackmannanshire Council are looking to enter into a Framework Agreement with a number of proprietors in order to offer a selection of temporary accommodation provision to individual , couples and occasionally families who present as homeless to the council. The Agreement will be for a period of three years with the option to extend for one further year if required.
