Provision of New Accessible Porch and Ramp - 4 Gallowburn, Brae, Shetland

Shetland Islands Council proposes to demolish an existing porch and rebuild new on the same footprint along with the provision of a new timber ramp, all to provide level access into the dwelling. Works also include the construction of a concrete path to provide access to the ramp, rebuilding an existing timber garden fence and installing a dropped kerb. The works are to be carried out in May/June 2023.
