Proposed 20 House Development on Contractor's Land

The works comprise the construction of a 20 houses on one or more sites on Contractor’s land. Contractor with land in Kirkwall, Stromness, Finstown and St Mary’s will be invited to tender for 20 1 and 2 bed houses, on one or more sites. Works will include obtaining approval from all required statutory bodies (including but not limited to local authority planning and building standards), site works, roads, and infrastructure, construction and services required to full service the properties.
