All trades routine maintenance and repair works including routine reactive repairs and void repairs to existing stock including joinery, plumbing, electrical, painting, plastering, roof tiling and builders work. The contract requires availability outwith Lot 2 Emergency 24 hour coverage and covers all standard days per annum.

The contract will require availability 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per annum.
