River and floodplain restoration, RSPB Insh Marshes, Kinguissie

The project will adopt nature-based solutions to create more natural conditions on the rivers and floodplain by reversing the historical modifications. We aim to improve the wetland habitats for a range of designated and non-designated species and adopt a natural flood management approach, helping reduce flood risk to neighbouring land and property.
