Orkney Islands Council (“the Council”) is seeking to appoint a contractor to provide two qualified outdoor activity instructional staff to be available to provide outdoor activity instruction based from the Hoy and Birsay Outdoor Centres within Orkney for the 2023 season with 2 x 12 month options for the 2024 and 2025 seasons, to be held at the Council’s discretion, based on satisfactory performance by the contractor.
