The site for the works is an existing two storey sheltered housing accommodation facility. The 6Nr bedsits to be converted to 3Nr one-bedroom flats are located on the ground floor. The common corridor area identified on drawing 6412/15, together with bedsits served from this area, will be vacant for the duration of the works.
