Consultant to develop and deliver a report, tools and guidance to improve knowledge of future revenue from oil and gas pipelines

Crown Estate Scotland is seeking to commission work to develop a report based on agreed methodology and an accompanying spreadsheet which will use relevant indexes or market information sources to inform this report.
