Provision of Research into the Development of Heat and Building Standards for Scotland’s Existing Homes

The Climate Change (Emissions Reduction Targets) (Scotland) Act 2019 set legally binding targets for Scotland to achieve net zero by 2045, with interim targets requiring a 75% reduction of emissions by 2030, and 90% by 2040.
