The provision of small works, the services comprise of but are not limited to the following service elements: - Classroom/Office Upgrades; - Space re-designation; - Kitchen/Bathroom Refits - Glazing partitions; - Office partitioning; - Sound proofing; - Suspended Ceilings; - Bespoke Joinery; and - Fire Stopping. - Painting Work - Flooring 2.1.2 The anticipated spend on this contract is up to 2m GBP over the term of 4 years, individual projects may range between 10,000.00 GBP - 50,000.00 GBP
