Tobermory Car Park and Cemetery Extension Works

This tender is separated into two elements. The work package will include the extension works to the cemetery in Tobermory. The second element will be to construct either pricing option one or two for the new car parking facility. It must be noted that the Council will only award either pricing option 1 or pricing option 2 for the car parking facility. A decision on which option will be based upon tender return values and the available budget for both projects.
