Provision of Consultancy Services for the Provision of One New Tug for Orkney Harbour Authority

Orkney Islands Council as a Statutory Harbour Authority (SHA) wishes to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Company, or consortium (with one part defined as lead) to provide consultancy services for the provision of the design and build of one new tug for the Orkney Harbour Authority. The requirement is for the Contractor to lead the provision of these services and including access to the services of a fully qualified Naval Architect, to meet the requirements as detailed in this service specification.
