Digital Training Platform Evaluation

The Scottish Library and Information Council is seeking to appoint a supplier to evaluate the impact, effectiveness, and sustainability of its new online learning platform providing public library staff with access to digital skills training. The ideal contractor will have experience of working within an eLearning environment as well as knowledge and experience of working within the Scottish cultural sector in a digital capacity.
